GROUNDLINE

Prepared for your company

The jobs you lost this month never rang twice. They called the next guy.

Groundline answers every call you can't — in about 8 seconds — asks the questions you'd ask, texts the homeowner a real ballpark price, and puts the site visit on your calendar. Built for septic & water well contractors in Parker & Erath County. Nobody else in your county gets it.

Your missed revenue audit

Move these four sliders. That's your number.

You already know you miss calls. What you've never seen is the dollar figure attached to them — because a job you never heard about doesn't show up anywhere in your books.

Deliberately pessimistic, so you can trust it. We count only 1 in 4 missed calls as real work — the rest are vendors, wrong numbers, repeat dials and tire-kickers. Then we assume Groundline converts just 45% of what it catches. Keep the average job blended: most of your calls are service work, not $16,000 installs.

7:42 PM on a Tuesday. You're on a backhoe.

This is a real Groundline conversation, start to finish. You do nothing. You get a text at the end.

1
It picks up when you can't
Your line rings four times, then rolls to Groundline. The homeowner never hears a voicemail beep — they hear a real conversation.
2
It triages like you would
Emergency or estimate? Septic or well? New build or a system that failed? It knows the difference, because it only does your trade.
3
It asks your qualifying questions
County, acreage, bedrooms, aerobic or conventional, existing system. The exact list you'd run through — never skipped, never rushed.
4
It gives a real ballpark price
From your pricing table, not a guess. This is the moment they stop dialing competitors. No answering service on earth does this.
5
It books the site visit
Straight onto your calendar, in a slot you actually have open. Confirmation text goes out automatically.
6
You get one text
Name, number, address, what they need, the quoted range, and when you're going. That's the entire ask on your time.
What you're actually getting

Six things. All of them built for you, none of them your job.

You give us twenty minutes on the phone one time. We build the rest and hand it to you working.

The 30-Day Caught-Job Guarantee

If Groundline doesn't put at least three qualified jobs on your calendar — real customers, real addresses, calls you'd otherwise never have known about — in your first 30 days live, you get the $1,995 build fee back and we shut it off. You keep every lead it caught. We take that risk because we've already run your numbers.

🔒
One contractor per county. Parker and Erath are open right now. Once a county is claimed it's closed for as long as they stay.

Nothing is charged until we've walked through your numbers together and you've seen it running on your own line.

Straight answers

What you're probably thinking

Is this one of those robots that makes my customers mad?

Fair question, and it's the right one. Two things. First, it only handles the calls you were going to miss — if you pick up, it never engages. The alternative isn't you answering; it's your voicemail, and 85% of people hang up on that. Second, it tells the caller up front it's the scheduling line and offers to get you on the phone for anything it can't handle. Nobody is tricked.

What if it quotes a number I can't honor?

It quotes a range, from your own pricing table, and every quote says "ballpark, final price after site evaluation." You set the floor and the ceiling. You can also switch quoting off entirely for any job type you'd rather look at yourself — plenty of contractors leave new wells on manual.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Your number stays on your truck, your signs and your Google listing. We set up simple call forwarding so anything you don't pick up in four rings rolls to Groundline instead of voicemail. Takes about ten minutes with your carrier and we do it with you on the phone.

I'm not a computer guy.

Good — this is built for that. You do one 20-minute call where you tell us how you price things. We build everything. What you touch afterward is a text message and, if you feel like it, an app that shows your leads. That's the whole thing.

Why is it more than the $99 AI receptionists I've seen advertised?

Because those take a message. This one knows what an aerobic system is, knows roughly how deep you have to drill in your county, quotes off your price book, books the visit, and chases the quote for three weeks afterward. A message-taker doesn't stop somebody from calling the next contractor. A price does. If one caught install a year wouldn't cover it, don't buy it.

What happens after 30 days if it's working?

Nothing changes — it just keeps running, and after the first 90 days you're month to month. Most of the value compounds, because the follow-up engine starts working on quotes you gave in month one.

Your county is open today. That's the only part with a clock on it.

Fifteen minutes on the phone. We'll go through your real call numbers together, and you'll see exactly what it's been costing you. If the math doesn't work, I'll tell you.
